Many of the pre-war Manila watering holes offered sailors drinking certificates for being able to consume a various number of Singapore Gin-Slings. The one offered by the Poodle Dog Cafe was particularly renowned and prized. I would like to find someone in possessiomn of one of these certificates in an effort to have a photographic copy made.
