Before Entering The Navy ,I worked at the South Boston, Ma Navy Yard Where The Augusta Came In For Repairs After Casablanca, I Remmember BecauseI Worked on the vessel as an electricion, That Was 1943 And A really Cold Snowy Winter. We Had To Replace The Electric Cables Wich I had To Walk Thru Knee High Snow To The Main Building To Pick Up Parts.
