While strolling through Bryant Park park in NYC I noticed a beautiful young girl coming my way. 

As she got closer I noticed that it was Claire Danes. I happened to have a camera handy, and I somewhat sheepishly asked her if I might take her picture. She politely said yes and smiled. I snapped this photo. I said "thanks", she smiled again, nodded, and then continued on through the park, and (?) out of my life. I don't know.

In retrospect I'm sorry I did not take the opportunity to engage her in some small talk. I've since read a little more about her, and she strikes me as someone with whom I could have an interesting conversation.
