Max Trunz added two goals and an assist for Chaminade, which has won six straight in the series. No. 2 St. Anthony's (10-6) scored three times in an 84-second span of the fourth quarter to pull within 13-11, capped by James Carroll?s goal with 56 seconds left. Sean Burke won the ensuing faceoff, his fourth in a row, but his subsequent shot hit the crossbar with 33 seconds left, and Vincent DePasquale then made two saves in a five-second span. First he cleanly scooped Taylor Castagna's low bouncer, and then he headed away a point-blank shot by Tommy Perini with 12 seconds left. Either Chaminade or St. Anthony?s has won the CHSAA final in the past 20 years, with both teams totaling 10 titles.
